CHAIRMAN

Thanh Le founded Leadvisors Capital Management in 2008 and since then, serves as the Chairman.

He has over 10 years in M&A, SOE acquisitions, government relations and corporate advisory for corporations, financial institutions and state-owned enterprises, in Vietnam and USA (Merrill Lynch, Protiviti, Logan-Rockefeller Global and Leadvisors).

He successfully architected dozens of hundred-million-dollar transactions for both Vietnamese corporations and foreign investors. He additionally managed day-to-day operations of multi-billion listed group of companies. He sits as the Chairman and executive BOD member in various companies and organizations where he directly gets involved in strategic planning and management.

He holds B.S. from Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.

Shinzo Koike has been the President at Sanei Architecture Planning Co.,Ltd. since September 1993. Mr. Koike serves the President at Y.K. Sanei Corp. Mr. Koike Joined Musashino Rihausu K.K. (now K.K. Mitsui Rihausu Tokyo)in April 1990. He Established Y.K. Sanei Corp. (now Sanei Architecture Planning Co., Ltd.) in September 1993. He has been the President at SeedHeiwa Co., Ltd. since June 2014.

He served as President at Mitsukijisyo Co., Ltd. He has been a Representative Director of Sanei Architecture Planning Co.,Ltd. since September 19993. He has been Representative Director of SeedHeiwa Co., Ltd. June 2014. He has been a Director of K.K. Sanken Architect since October 2012. He is Representative Director of Y.K. Sanei Corp. He served as a Director at K.K. Sanken Kousan Jun 1999. He served as Representative Director of Mitsukijisyo Co., Ltd. since September 2003.

Kazuo Kikkawa is currently the BOD member, Operating Officer and Headquarters General Manager at Sanei Architecture Planning Co.,Ltd. since 2012. Mr. Kikkawa has been serving as the board member at different Japanese corporations including Seed Heiwa., JSC and Shonan Bellmare., JSC. since June, 2013.

Prior to joining Sanei as the Acting Chief Manager in 2006, he held the position of Auditor of Seagrand., JSC, board member of Into One., JSC and many others.

Huynh Minh Viet is the CEO of LS Holdings, managing the entire business operations and acquisitions of all portfolio.

Viet has over 10 years of experiences in finance and investment industry, working as the M&A Analyst at Morgan Stanley (USA), Investment Director at Ecopark Township (Vietnam), and advising global funds and corporations to invest into Vietnam.

Viet holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Standford University.

Quan is the Investment Associate at LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings, where he manages to conduct market reserach, property analysis and due diligence. Quan has over 5 years in finance and banking. He served as the Area Sales Head at Citibank managing priority retail portfolios since 2013. Most recently, he was in charge of strategic partnership and investor relations as Strategic Partnership Manager at BioSpring – one of the market leaders in Probiotics.

Quan holds a B.A. in English Business with a distinctive honor from Foreign Trade University and a Executive MBA from Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa.
